Friendly Paws started with one spoiled dog, a chewed-up couch, and a simple question — why is it so hard to find genuinely good pet gear in South Africa without paying a fortune or waiting weeks for it to ship from overseas?
🦴 How it all started
We're a proudly local team based right here in SA, and like you, we're the kind of people who say good morning to the dog before the humans. When our own pets went through toys faster than we could replace them — and the "fun" ones either fell apart in a day or cost a small fortune — we figured there had to be a better way.
So we started hunting down the toys and accessories that actually last, actually entertain, and don't need a loan to afford. We test everything on our own four-legged quality inspectors (they're brutal critics), and only the gear that survives makes it onto the shelf.
